Round Table “Russian-European Dialogue 2011: Trends in imports of chemicals in Russian Federation” will take place at the headquarters of Russian Union of Industrialist and Entrepreneurs on May 12, 2011.

Acute problems of chemicals imports such as so called Grey Imports were the main focus of the Round Table in 2010 and the first steps were made to build a consolidated industry shield against such practices.

On May 12, 2011 we will continue discussion of issues related to customs declaration of chemicals as well as changes in legal customs practice since 2010

Round Table Objectives:

1. Express concern of foreign and Russian companies about current practice of inadequate customs declaration of imported chemicals

2. Learn more about legitimate mechanisms of countering illegal imports as well as legal practice in this field.
